Folie Building - process
CREATE A SENSE OF THE PERMANENT within HSW
PARAMETERSconsideration//
The public and private parameters engage a reflection of the sites context, literally and metaphorically. These spaces are an integral aspect of the design, fragmented to conceive notions of urbanity refraction, scale, and a transition – heightened by sensory experience (day & night), by concepts of light, movement, and circulation.
Physical embodiment is eroded by the contextual and conceptual decay of the site.
